Logging in

Microsoft Authorized Store supports both [Microsoft Authorized Store Account Login] and [Guest login]. Choose a login method to complete your purchase and payment, or lookup your orders.

How to purchase?

1. i) Browse the items you want to purchase, click "Purchase item" , then you can click "Continue shopping" or click "View cart" in the pop-up box , the items can be add to cart.

ii) Choose the bundle you want to purchase, click "Purchase bundle" , then you can click "Continue shopping" or click "View cart" in the pop-up box, the bundle can be add to cart.

2. After entering [My shopping cart], select the item quantity. Once confirmed, click "Checkout". If you have an item that you no longer wish to purchase, click "Delete Item" to remove that item from shopping cart.

Please note, the purchase limit details as below:

A specific purchase quantity will be determined by the Promo brief, if it is not called out, the maximum purchase quantity of Surface, PC & Tablets, and XBOX are 5 pcs each, for Office, Windows and Xbox Digital download version products (except Xbox Live Gold Subscription Card) are 3 pcs each, for Xbox Live Gold Subscription Card (Digital download version) are 1 pcs each, for others are 20 pcs each.

3. If you are not logged in at this time, please login to continue the next step.

4. Fill in the details of order information. After logging in, you can select your desired shipping address from your address book, or enter a new address and save to your address book.

5. Select your desired method of payment and delivery and submit your order. Please check here.for the payment methods accepted by Microsoft Authorized Store. Please note, once the order is confirmed, the payment method cannot be changed.

6. Check your order information carefully. Once confirmed, click "Submit and make payment".

7. i) Choose WorldPay as payment platform: Choose Pay with my WorldPay account or Pay with my credit card

ii) choose Alipay as payment platform to make payment

iii) online interest-free instalment (for selected promotional activities only)

8. After payment, the system will automatically switch to the order details page in 5 seconds. If you need to check order information later, you can click on "My Account - Order History". Click here to learn more.

9. We may contact you to verify your order before delivery. If we cannot get in touch with you within three working days from the time of placing that order, the order will be cancelled. If you still would like to purchase that item, please place a new order and ensure we can get in touch with you within three working days from the time of placing the new order.

Order Status explanation

New orders in Microsoft Authorized Store will go through a series of status; from start of the order to order completion. You can track your order with the order status. The following table describes each order status.


Status Description
Pending payment If you did not make payments nor select payment upon delivery, you will be in this status after your order is created successfully. If you are not a guest, you can find the corresponding payment process after order completion in your [Order History]. Please note, if your payment is not successfully made within 30 minutes, the system will automatically cancel your order.
Payment successful Your payment is successful. Your order will be accepted shortly, which will initiate delivery.
Order in process Your order is being processed for delivery by the warehouse.
Goods in transit Your order has been successfully shipped, and is now in transit.
Transaction completed This transaction has been successfully completed, thank you for shopping at Microsoft Authorized Store.
System cancellation The order has been cancelled since payment was not completed in time.

Other Questions

1. When can I change my order?

You can only edit the products in the shopping cart before clicking "Checkout". If you encounter problems when making payment, you can change your payment method in the order page. If you still need to edit your order, please contact our customer support through online chat or call 3101 0193.

2. Why is my order shown as [System cancellation]?

If your order is not paid successfully within 30 minutes, the system will automatically close your transaction.

When your ordered goods are in transit, you can check your shipping information in your order details.

1. Click "My order", check [shipping] and [shipping order number] at the bottom of the page.

You can choose either [Microsoft Authorized Store account login] or [Guest login] to check your Order History.

A. Microsoft Authorized Store account login

1. Click "My Account - Order History"

2. Select period, click “Details” to see order details.

B. Guest login

1. Click "My Account - Order History"

2. Enter "Recipient email address", "Recipient Name" and "Order Reference Number" (* are mandatory fields). Click "Enquire" to review order details.

Whether logged in as Guest or Microsoft Authorized Store account, you can complete your address book at the Customer Information page while checking out.

Customers who logged in to their Microsoft Authorized Store account can also maintain their address book, steps as follows:

A. Log in to shipping address page

Click "Account - Shipping Address" to enter the page to edit shipping address.

B. Add new shipping address

Complete your shipping address, click "Save" .

C. Edit your shipping address

1. Select the shipping address that needs modification, click "Edit" .

2. Complete the shipping address, click "Save" .

D. Delete shipping address

1. Select the shipping address that needs deletion, click "Remove" .

2. Click "Confirm" to confirm deletion.

E. Set your default shipping address

Select your address and click “Set as default”.
